How do I purchase an original painting?The easiest way to purchase an original painting is to purchase directly from this site. You are welcome to shop all available original paintings here!

How do I find out when new paintings are added online?The best way to find out when collections launch or when new paintings are added online is to sign up for my email newsletter. The newsletter list is also the first to hear of upcoming launches, previous collections, and receive special offers! And don't worry - your inbox won't suddenly be flooded with new emails. I'm honestly not very great at sending out a regular email, but I do send out collection announcements and previews. If you would like to be invited, sign up for the newsletter here to be added to the list.

Do you offer prints?I do! Prints can be found at https://www.heathermillerfineart.com/prints. Don't see the painting you are interested in getting a print of? Please send me an email and let me know at Heather@HeatherMillerFineArt.com.

Do you offer paintings in a certain size or medium?If you see a painting that you love but need it in a certain size or on a different medium (for example, on a different canvas size for framing), then I would be happy to create it for you! How do you ship original paintings?To protect them during the shipping process, paintings are first wrapped in glassine to protect the integrity of the painting then bubble wrap for protection during the shipping process (with the bubbles out, so you don't end up with a polka dotted painting). Paintings are suspended inside the package using kraft paper to prevent movement during shipping.

May I pick up my painting from your studio?Of course! If you are local to the Troy, Alabama area and would like to schedule local pickup, please add a note in your cart stating "I would like to schedule local pickup" upon placing your order. ​ Local pickup usually ensures you will receive your painting sooner and alleviates time and shipping materials. While paintings are packaged and shipped with the utmost care, accidents during the shipping process, while rare, do happen, and local pickup eliminates this risk.

I would love to send a painting as a gift! May I mark my order as a gift?Yes! You are able to mark your order as a gift when checking out. If you would like anything special written on the thank you card that is sent with every order, please add a note when checking out with the wording. Receipts are automatically emailed to the email address you use during check out, so a physical copy is not included in your package. No need to worry about receipts being included with gifts!

What kind of paint do you use?I mostly use heavy body acrylic paint from Liquitex and Golden. I also use fluid and soft body acrylic paint and gouache. Want to see that texture in action? View the available paintings!
